Things we do
A regulated B2B product whose support team was using the platform on behalf of its customers. Today customers do it themselves. The monolith with hundreds of tables is now a light, flexible microservices structure. And the company margin went from almost nothing to nearly 20% in a year and a half. We now run all of their technology.
A platform that needed a better experience. Underneath, obsolete technology and devilish structures. Simplifying the APIs made room for a mobile app and for exposing its capabilities so its clients could integrate. Today we are building a canonical data model for AI agents.
An online shop that wanted the benefits of AI without changing its store or its processes. We built a separate platform that suggests substitutes, combines products and delivers value with no human in the loop. Zero changes to their systems.
